Brief Insight into the meaning of nutrition

Food is one of the most important areas we deal with in life. Despite countless scientific studies on nutrition, despite countless books and articles on this topic, it is still an area full of mysteries.
Some may find the comparison between the planet Earth and the human organism strange. But if we allow ourselves to look at Earth as a living organism, which is harmoniously connected to the entire planetary system of the Cosmos, the comparison makes sense. What happens on the Earth can be compared to the processes of digestion in human intestines. What gives life to humus, we find in the human colon.

This is the world of bacteria, microorganisms and the immune system of the human organism, which is inseparably connected with it. Just as rhythms are characteristic of the Earth – night, day, seasons, rhythms are also important for the human organism, for its good health. In this connection, in the context of eating, it is also necessary to mention the importance of eating at appropriate times and maintaining order in this.
For many people, the question of what really feeds us is not a question at all – they simply go to the store and buy something to fill them up. What they choose – this is often decided by habits and advertisements, not by their sovereignty. And it is precisely this – the sovereignty and individuality of man, which, in addition to broader, less known behavior about proper nutrition for each individual, is key for him, for his well-being, prosperity and health.
It is true that in order to understand what is the most suitable food for him at the given time of day, day, month, season, period of life, a person must first know himself in its entirety. It is necessary to know how our physical body metabolizes food, to know ourselves and lovingly accept all our needs. Then we can take care of them properly. It is necessary to know what is good for us and to give it to ourselves. General advice cannot tell us this.

Even Jesus taught that people are not fed by bread alone.

When we distinguish between emotional hunger, hunger for certain types of nutrients, hunger for energy, hunger for sensory satisfaction, hunger to loved, hunget to love another person, mental and spiritual hunger, and so on, we are already on an excellent path. Even Jesus taught that people are not fed by bread alone.

A person must get close enough to himself/ herself, to hear himself and love himself/herself enough to listen, hear and obey. (Often) expecting others to take care of it is futile. Others cannot really hear us, SO IT IS IMPORTANT, IMPORTANT AND MOST IMPORTANT TO LISTEN AND HEAR OURSELVES. THEREFORE, WE LEARN TO LISTEN TO OURSELVES, TO HEAR OURSELVES AND TO SERVE / SATISFY OURSELF (FIRST)!!! If only people would really realize that so many people in this world have endless, horrible problems with this. Because by buying love and a sense of security, we have been so taught, trained to prioritize others, we have developed a terrible need to please others and a fear of not being loved if we take care of ourselves first.
We have developed methods of manipulation, buying love, giving up our own satisfaction, even giving up our own happiness in order to be ok and worthy of respect in the eyes of other people. Since generations ago, people already treat themselves so badly and have such an inappropriate attitude towards themselves. Interestingly, most people will say that they no longer behave this way, especially those people who have achieved a lot in their careers and have developed a false or artificial sense of self-importance, which is a substitute for what is really unheard of, will stubbornly deny such behavior their own importance TO HEAR AND LISTEN TO OTHERS and SERVE THEM, MEET OTHERS PEOPLE EXPETATIONS, OTHERS PEOPLE WILL first AND MOSTLY ONLY THOSE.
You can do a simple test on yourself: Think of an event when you became terribly angry with someone because they said something to you that you felt threatened or even hurt your self-esteem of your own importance in connection with the fact that you have achieved important achievements in life and public reputation. Those, who follows my posts has already read that anger occurs when someone approaches your red buttons, as their guardian seems. Because anger would save you pain, especially, you are very afraid of emotional pain. Under this red button hides your own unsatisfied needs, which you don’t want to know, see, feel or hear. Usually people hide it so that we don’t get to it. We develop hungry substitutes, our own real needs are unmet. It’s the way humans dislike themself. That’s how we were programmed. But when a person begins to observe and explore this area within himself, he realizes that the pain and fear under his red button is essentially what he hopes to feel, feel, relax and listen to himself in relation to his true needs. And listen. Why write about this on the topic of eating. Because self-love, satisfying one’s own needs, is a way to satisfy long-term hunger(s), spiritual hunger, emotional hunger, energy hunger, love, sensual gratification, etc. This is how we learn to realize a sense of safety in this way, allowing self-healing, authentic spiritual, mental, mental, emotional and sexual intimacy, that’s why it’s so important to learn and be able to listen, hear and listen to ourself!

While, we’re GROWN UP now. WE ARE REALLY NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR BEING PROGRAMMED WITH SUCH SELF-DESTRUCTIVE PROGRAMS. BUT WE ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE TO DISCARD THESE HARMFUL PROGRAMS, TO FORGIVE OURSELVE, TO RESET OURSELVES TO THE CORRECT FREQUENCY OF SELF-LOVE AND TO REALIZE IT. ALWAYS AND EVERY DAY. ALWAYS, although it might feel a little uncomfortable at first because we’re not used to it. IT IS RIGHT TO PERSIST. Even if those who used to exploit and manipulate us before will be dumbfounded or vice versa because you are no longer a victim and you never more will be again!

Let me tell you that I grew up in the family of an important parent person, of course I’m talking about the fake importance that clearly marked me. Later, around 2000 (a year or so before or a year or so after) it took me years to clean out the junk and lay a healthy foundation on which to build. If I hadn’t done that, I don’t know what would have become of my life… So I know what I’m writing about and the last thing our old ego tries to preserve is shame, a sense of shame, maybe even guilt. Unfounded!!! End it and make it clear to yourself that your programming created your life, not your Higher Self.
When the program on the hardware is outdated, we replace it with a new, modern one. Clear! Well, in our personality programming, we just discard the old program and vibrationally reset ourselves, create contact with Universal Consciousness/Higher Guidance/God. The programming of our life exists there, it resets according to our level of consciousness and that’s it.

What are the criteria for an appropriate food selection?

Nutrients, by which nowadays we mostly classify the quality of food (e.g. proteins, fats, carbohydrates, mineral salts, vitamins,…) are far from being enough for us to be truly nourished and not just full. Calmness is necessary for this state of recognition, knowing and listening to one’s own needs. What are all the things people do today to achieve serenity? Usually, they begin to frantically search for this condition when the loads reach critical points, when the energy is “at the bottom”. Many go to the doctor or at least to the pharmacy. For boxes of miracle pills, or at least for vitamin supplements and other nutritional supplements. Many people go shopping to satisfy themselves. Looking for that – something that would fill the energy deficit. All this and similar actions are in most cases similar to extinguishing a fire with gasoline.
Some meditate, many swear by physical exercise to “burn” tensions. Some retreat into nature.

A natural garden is a place where people can easily connect with a piece of their nature. When we take care of our plants, we are also taking care of our contemplation, our connection with ourselves and with nature – in the most natural way. The electromagnetic field of plants, earth, light fills us. The tension of the load miraculously drains away. Peace, concentration, clarity, cheerfulness and well-being appear. A state is established that is natural to a person. In such a state, every person is able to hear himself, if he allows himself to do so. Regular gardening tasks, performed attentively and with dedication, restore and strengthen psychological balance to people, among other things. Not only because of physical activity, but also because of the electromagnetic field of the garden’s natural ambience.
It is right to realize that with food from plants, people get the strength to become what we want to be. Not what we were in the past, but what we want to become. Our cells are constantly renewing themselves, and so are our organs. But our food is responsible for what they actually regenerate into, i.e. what we put into our bodies, what we think and what we feel – how we actually feel. Choosing the right food is important, as is the way you eat it.

Many swear by analyses. But it is important to know what the analyzes can tell us about the actual quality of the specific food on the store shelf. Science is not about the present. Chemical analyzes of food refer to the results valid at the time of the analysis. Each analysis is valid for the time in which it was performed. If we analyze the sugar content of a ripening plum, this result will be valid for the moment when the analysis was carried out on a certain sample. After a while – in a few hours, in a few days it will be different; on another plum (which may be growing in a sunnier part of the tree canopy), the result of the chemical analysis of the sugar will be different. People with this difference cannot or do not want to work. They make a statistic, an average, which does not apply to any particular plum.

Misleading averages and ignored individuality?

Indeed, there is no average plum, just as there is no average lettuce, average potato, average corn, average tomato….

We are all different people, we have individual personalities, and our individuality changes and transforms over time. We have different goals and ideas about what we want to become today, tomorrow, in five years, for the rest of our lives. There is no average person. Also the body of each of us also regenerates, renews itself at the cellular level. How old do you think your body really is?

So it is a completely logical fact that there is no universally valid way of optimal nutrition.

People before us wondered how they should feed themselves with food, to stimulate the forces in the creation of what they would like to be, what they would like to realize, achieve, become. I invite you to follow them too.
