Also, according to our offer, on this web site is short content limited only to a brief informative presentation of the activities of our company and some good practices that we achieved before 25 May 2018 using our products (under brand name Cora agrohomeopathie®).

Since our products (under brand name Cora agrohomeopathie®) are currently only available on the Slovenian market, such a solution is appropriate. In my company (PH. AGROHOM Agrohomopatija zab rastline in škodljivce, Ing. Majda Ortan sp, Ob Meži 20, SI 2391 Prevalje  (hereinafter referred to as the manager of personal data), we strictly meet the relevant requirements for the protection of personal data (the GDPR Regulation, with the entry into force of 25.5. 018 and the Act on the Protection of Personal Data (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, 86/04 and 113/05) – the current issue of the Act and its legal amendments or amendments). Accordingly, we have accepted and published on our website the following Privacy Policy – which is published on my website www.cora-agrohomeopathie.com and available also here.

We also spread our business abroad, including to other continents, outside the EU. Part of this activity is raising awareness and education of the interested public with posts on our English web site, knowledge, seminars and spreading achievements (good practices achieved with the use of Cora agrohomeopathy products in Slovenia, before the date of 25. 5. 2018). Part of this is achieved through our website http://cora-agrohomeopathie.com/en/?noredirect=en_US. Current publications on this web site may include presentations of good practices that arose before the date 25.5.2015.

In such case we colect – manage/processing with your personal data such are: your name, surename, title, your company’s data, tel. number, address. Your data will be colected and saved as long as there is a reason for this, until they wont be deleted.

However you can still opt out of receiving business/marketing emails from us at any time.

You may at anytime  inform us to stop sending to you business / marketing messages  by following the opt-out links on any marketing message sent to you or by emailing us  at any time (ortan.m@gmail.com).

Since the business of our company is the development, production and use by our own company of our own innovative plant care products, we occasionally collect and store photographs related to good practices in their use and personal data of the participants: name, surname, title, profession, professional title, location of implementation of good practice. These data are provided to us by the participants or we collect them ourselves for the duration of the project. Occasionally we use them for educational and awareness-raising purposes, for the dissemination of knowledge, results, information – we occasionally publish such content – in magazines, on the web, on our web pages, on social – networks, in our electronic news, on radio and television, at seminars, presentations, for informational and educational purposes, etc. Occasionaly we spread them on seminars, lectures, educational workshops.

From 25th of May 2018 – after this date, such content for their publication has been obtained with the corresponding written consent of the persons identified in these messages. After obtaining such written consence (permission), those personal data should be available for the public for the purpose of disseminating information, good practices, good experience – if the consent of our company’s manager is so determined. This is valid for educational purposes carried out by our company and for the marketing activities carried out by our company. For such publications of our good practices (which also includes some personal data), as sources we may also use already public available data – such as TV and radio reportages, already published articles, already published papers from scientific conferences, presentations, etc.. In cases that as sources of information about achieved good results with our products, we use previously published public announcements, we do not need your personal consent for this.

Our legitimate reasons for this collection and processing those pesonal data are our legitimate interests:

– within the framework of the operation of our company we develop innovative, clean, advanced, sustainable and economically competitive technologies and products for use in agricultural production, horticulture, gardening, amateur fruit growing, amateur wine growing,
– to market them in an appropriate and suitable way, thereby contributing to our own business goals and at the same time to the goals of sustainable development and the public good – people and the planet.

At the same time, our legitimate reasons for this collection and processing of your personal data are our legitimate interests that in the context of the operation of our company:

– we sell our products and services and spread information also by using nowadays tecnology as internet,
– to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and to improve what is increasing – also with the aim the development of a company, a product range, the acquisition of foreign markets, and an increase in the sales volume of our products (products and services).

7. DISCLOSURES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below:

– Service providers who provide IT and system administration services.
– Professional advisers including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers.
– Government bodies that require us to report processing activities.
– To the interested public in the cases described or referred to in point 6.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

When deciding what is the correct time  for keep the data, we look at its amount, nature and sensitivity, potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, the processing purposes, if these can be achieved by other means and legal requirements.
