Yesterday, 6th of December 2019, was measured the highest value of Schuman frekvency in last 2 years: 158 Hz. Today, on 7th of December 2019, ia reported measured highest peak of Schuman frekvency on 64 Hz.

In year 2019 we have sveral very high peak of Scumann frequency – Earth pulse. The most high peaks was measured:

-17th of March 2019: 100 Hz

-17th of March 2019: 110 Hz

-17th of March 2019: 120 Hz

-17th of March 2019: 150 Hz

-20th September2019:  100 Hz

-6th of December 2019: 100 Hz

-6th of December 2019: 158 Hz

We were used to the Earth pulse – Schumann frequency of value 7,83 Hz.

Scumannove frequency values are the consequences of the events in the Space. Our planet Earth is crossing the photon belt and this process has already begun. The Scumann resonance measurments are cca 50 years old.

In 1952 Winfried Otto Schumann, at that time Director of the Electrophysical Institute at the Technical University of Munich, published his first paper about electromagnetic waves in the waveguide which is formed by the earth’s surface and the ionosphere. Since this time the study of these, later referred to as Schumann resonance waves, has become an interesting subject for research. With modern measurement techniques the recording of these resonances opens up various application possibilities, ranging from global lightning triangulation, detection of space weather effects to tracking down global climate variations.⁴

Increasing Schumann Resonance and Its Effects on the Human Body

Human  bodies bioenergetic field is a product of prana the life force energy and apana which is the life force energy that circulates within us. Early mention of specific pranas often emphasized prāṇa, apāna and vyāna as “the three breaths”.⁶ The bodies bioenergetic fields and vibration is also an accumulation of different energy points and fields of vibration within the body (chakras) coming together.

So, we can very simplify  imagine bioenergetic fields as product of life force energy within and around the human’s phisical  body.

We attune to the Earth’s natural resonances in the same manner that a fetus connects to its mother’s heartbeat in the womb.  It is our natural way of grounding and of energetically nourishing ourselves, by entraining to healthy resonances that support our natural rhythms.  How can we maintain a healthy frequency balance in the midst of increasing of Schumann resonance. ⁵

“Coherence is the state when the heart, mind and emotions are in energetic alignment and in vibrational cooperation,” HeartMath Institute Research Director Dr. Rollin McCraty says. “It is a state that builds resiliency – personal energy is accumulated, not wasted – leaving more energy to manifest intentions and harmonious outcomes.”

McCraty and others with the HeartMath Institute have conducted studies that show a particularly effective method of achieving coherence that’s user-friendly and helps replace negative emotions with positive ones –emotion self-regulation.

The earth and ionosphere generate a symphony of frequencies ranging from 0.01 hertz to 300 hertz, and some of the large resonances occurring in the earth’s field are in the same frequency range as those occurring in the human cardiovascular system, brain and autonomic nervous system. Although researchers have looked at some of the possible interactions between the earth’s field and human, animal and plant activity, new data from GCI research is indicating that we may be more deeply interconnected with the earth’s field than previously imagined.¹

The scientific community is beginning to appreciate and understand at the deeper level how we are all interconnected with and affected by the magnetic fields generated by the sun and earth. Every cell in our bodies is bathed in an external and internal environment of fluctuating invisible magnetic forces.¹

Human physiological rhythms and behaviors are synchronized with solar and geomagnetic activity, so fluctuations in the earth and sun’s magnetic fields can affect virtually every circuit in human as well as any biological systems. Logically, disruptions in these fields could adversely affect human health and behavior.  Moreover, changes in the intensity of geomagnetic activity and the Schumann resonances appear to alter brainwave and neurohormonal responses. (The brain is a very sensitive electromagnetic organ.)¹

Changes in the earth’s magnetic field have been shown to affect human heart rhythms and have been associated with the following:

Intuition The Central Role of the Heart There is substantial evidence that the heart plays a unique role in synchronizing the activity across multiple systems and levels of organization.^12,45,46 As the most powerful and consistent generator of rhythmic information patterns in the body, the heart is in continuous communication with the brain and body through multiple pathways: neurologically (through the ANS), biochemically (through hormones), biophysically (through pressure and sound waves), and energetically (through electromagnetic field interactions). The heart is uniquely well positioned to act as the “global coordinator” in the body’s symphony of functions to bind and synchronize the system as a whole. Because of the extensiveness of its influence on physiological, cognitive, and emotional systems, the heart provides a central point of reference from which the dynamics of such processes can be regulated.²

What is meant by terms such as the intuitive heart or heart intelligence is that the energetic heart is coupled to a deeper part of oneself. When we are heart centered and coherent, we have a tighter coupling and closer alignment with our deeper source of intuitive intelligence.⁶⁴  There is an increased flow of intuitive information that is communicated via the emotional energetic system to the mind and brain systems, resulting in a stronger connection with our “inner voice.” From this perspective, the practice of heart coherence offers increased ratios of access to the largely untapped potential for bringing our mental and emotional faculties into greater balance and self-directed control. Practicing shifting to a more coherent state increases intuitive awareness and leads to shifts in perception and worldviews from which better informed and more intelligent decisions can be made. This, in turn, has profound health and wellness benefits but can also help people more success-fully make business decisions. In a study of repeat entrepreneurs, using electro-physiological measures of intuitive perception, shifts in autonomic system (HRV) activity which were predictive of the future outcome occurred 6 to 7 seconds before the actual outcome of the investment choice was known^{.65, 2}

Solar activity has not only been associated with social unrest. It also has been related to the periods of greatest human flourishing, with definitive spurts in architecture, arts and science and positive social change.¹

We can learn from past mistakes and consciously choose new ways of navigating these great energy influxes to create periods of human flourishing and humanitarian advances. When outdated structures that do not serve humanity collapse, an opportunity opens for them to be replaced with more suitable and sustainable models. Such positive change can affect political, economic, medical and educational systems as well as people’s relationships in their workplaces, homes and communities.¹
